Whether you’re hosting a school program, a library event, a church gathering, a homeschool meet-up, or a community celebration, an author visit brings stories to life and creates a meaningful experience for young readers.
Every visit is warm, interactive, and designed with early childhood development in mind.
What an Author Visit Includes
📖 Interactive Storytime
A read-aloud of your chosen Clover Meadow Adventures book with pauses for engagement, predictions, and child-friendly discussion.
🐝 Meet Buzzby & Friends
A quick behind-the-scenes look at how characters are created and how stories come to life.
🎨 Optional Craft or Activity
Choose from themed activities connected to the book you select.
💬 Q&A Time
Children can ask questions about writing, illustrating, or life in Clover Meadow.
✨ Book Signing (optional)
You may offer books for purchase and signing at your event.

Each theme is tied to one of your Clover Meadow Adventures books:

Visit Length Options
• Short Session: 20–30 minutes
• Standard Session: 45 minutes
• Full Visit: 60–90 minutes
• Half-Day Program: Up to 3 hours
• Full-Day Visit: Up to 6 hours (multiple groups)
Visits can be customized to fit your schedule.
Rates & Booking Details
Rates vary depending on location, session length, and event type.
General guidelines:
• Local Read-Aloud: $75–$150
• Standard Visit: $150–$250
• Half-Day Program: $350–$450
• Full Day: $600–$850
Church/ministry events may be donation-based or offered at a reduced rate.
Travel fees may apply for events outside your local area.
What Hosts Provide
To help the visit run smoothly, please provide:
• A quiet space for storytime
• A small table for books and materials
• A projector/screen (optional)
• Chairs, carpet squares, or gathering area
